How long will it take to receive my
order?

All orders are shipped within 3
business days. All orders are shipped via USPS and will be trackable. If you don't receive your order in a
reasonable amount of time, contact customer
service.

What is your refund policy?

Chicana Wear stands behind our merchandise and
will be glad to exchange or refund your money
for any item you not completely satisfied with.
The item MUST be returned to Chicana Wear within
15 business days of the shipping date in its
original condition. Shipping and handling on
returned merchandise is non-refundable.
